I love, love the beetroot hummus at Lira. It's divine—silky, vibrant, and with just the right touch of sweetness that makes you keep wanting "just one more bite" until it's suddenly gone. It pairs incredibly well pita and with the grilled meats and rice (that sweet-savory contrast is perfection), but honestly it's just as dangerous as a snack with a glass of vino. Must try!

My first time trying this dish and now I have to order it every time I go and visit. The flavors along with the fried cheese are beyond words. You must try. Everything on the menu is with a try actually.
